Order alert text messages

The one text message program this software operates, described in full.

Who sends these, and to whom

This ordering page belongs to Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep, an independent business. The software behind it, and the sender of the order alert text messages described below, is Revenue OS. Revenue OS and Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep are separate businesses: Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep sells the food, and Revenue OS provides the software and operates the messaging on Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep's behalf.

The only text messages this software sends are operational order alerts to the owner of a business that uses it. They go to one number: the mobile number the owner typed into their own account settings.

Each message says that an order has come in, what was ordered, the total, whether it is pickup or delivery, when it is wanted, and a link to open the order. Nothing else is sent by text.

Customers do not receive text messages. Ordering does not sign anyone up for texts, and no marketing or promotional text messages are sent to customers.

How the owner opts in

There is one way in, and it requires being signed in as the owner of the business. After signing in, the owner opens Settings โ†’ Ordering, types their own mobile number, and ticks a box. It is off until they do, it starts unticked, and it cannot be saved without a valid mobile number. Nobody can enrol anyone else, and there is no way to opt in by sending a text message.

This is the screen, exactly as the owner sees it. It is shown here so that the consent experience can be checked without an account; the controls below are disabled and nothing on this page opts anybody in.

Yours, not a customer's. Only used to text you about your own orders.

Message frequency varies. Alerts are sent only when an order is placed, so the number of messages depends entirely on how busy the business is โ€” there may be several in a day, or none for days at a time.

Message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP also stops them. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Frequency, rates, and stopping them

  • Message frequency varies. Alerts are sent only when an order is placed, so the number of messages depends entirely on how busy the business is โ€” there may be several in a day, or none for days at a time.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Owner alerts are optional. To stop them, either untick "Text me when an order comes in" in Settings โ†’ Ordering, which turns the setting off immediately, or reply STOP to any message, which our SMS provider honours automatically and blocks further messages to that number. Replying STOP stops delivery at the provider; it does not change the setting in the app, so an owner who replied STOP should also untick the box.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact the business using the details on its ordering page.
  • We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information or SMS consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
