How Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep handles the information you give it when you order, and how text messages are used.

Last updated 3 September 2026

What this covers

This ordering page belongs to Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep, an independent business. The software behind it, and the sender of the order alert text messages described below, is Revenue OS. Revenue OS and Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep are separate businesses: Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep sells the food, and Revenue OS provides the software and operates the messaging on Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep's behalf.

This policy covers that ordering page and the software that runs it.

It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask the business directly using the contact details on the ordering page.

What we collect when you order

Placing an order asks for what is needed to make the food and get it to you:

  • Your name.
  • Your mobile number, so the business can reach you about your order.
  • Your email address, so your order confirmation can be sent to you.
  • A delivery address, only if you choose delivery.
  • What you ordered, when you want it, and any notes you add.

What we do with it

It is used to prepare and fulfil your order, to keep a record of it for the business, and to send you your order confirmation by email.

Order receipts and confirmations are transactional: they are part of the order you placed, so they are sent whether or not you agreed to marketing. If you ask the business not to contact you, they stop.

The business can see its own customers and orders. It cannot see any other business using this software, and no other business can see it.

Text messages

Customers do not receive text messages. Ordering does not sign anyone up for texts, and no marketing or promotional text messages are sent to customers.

The ordering page has an optional tick box asking whether you would like to hear about new menus. Your answer is recorded, and nothing is sent: no marketing text messages are being sent to customers at this time. If that ever changes, it will only be to people who ticked it, and every message will say how to stop.

The only text messages this software sends are operational order alerts to the owner of a business that uses it. They go to one number: the mobile number the owner typed into their own account settings.

Each message says that an order has come in, what was ordered, the total, whether it is pickup or delivery, when it is wanted, and a link to open the order. Nothing else is sent by text.

Message frequency varies. Alerts are sent only when an order is placed, so the number of messages depends entirely on how busy the business is — there may be several in a day, or none for days at a time.

Owner alerts are optional. To stop them, either untick "Text me when an order comes in" in Settings → Ordering, which turns the setting off immediately, or reply STOP to any message, which our SMS provider honours automatically and blocks further messages to that number. Replying STOP stops delivery at the provider; it does not change the setting in the app, so an owner who replied STOP should also untick the box.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact the business using the details on its ordering page.

Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information is not sold or shared

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information or SMS consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Phone numbers are used to run the ordering service and, where the owner has asked for them, to send that owner alerts about their own orders. That is all.

Who else sees your information

Only the service providers needed to run the software, and only for that purpose:

  • Our hosting and database providers, which store the order.
  • Our email provider, which delivers your order confirmation.
  • Our SMS provider, which delivers order alerts to business owners who have asked for them.

These are processors acting on our instructions. They may use what they are given only to provide that service to us, and may not use it for their own purposes or sell it on.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information or SMS consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

The list above is not an exception to that. A mobile number is given to our SMS provider for the single purpose of delivering a message the recipient asked for, and to nobody else.

How long it is kept

Order and customer records are kept for as long as the business uses this software, because they are the business’s own trading records. You can ask the business to delete your details, and they can do that.

Your choices

You can ask the business to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, using the contact details on the ordering page. A business owner receiving order alerts can switch them off in their settings at any time.
