Who these terms are between

This ordering page belongs to Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep, an independent business. The software behind it, and the sender of the order alert text messages described below, is Revenue OS. Revenue OS and Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep are separate businesses: Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep sells the food, and Revenue OS provides the software and operates the messaging on Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep's behalf.

The order alert text messages described below are sent by Revenue OS. Revenue OS is the registered sender of that messaging program.

Ordering

Placing an order through this page is a request to Kingdom Fuel Meal Prep, not a confirmed sale. The business confirms what it can make and when, and will contact you if anything needs to change.

Prices, menu items and available times are set by the business and can change. Payment is arranged directly with the business by the methods shown on the ordering page.

Cancellations and changes

Contact the business directly using the details on the ordering page. Because food is prepared to order, how late a change can be made is up to the business.

Order alert text messages

The only text messages this software sends are operational order alerts to the owner of a business that uses it. They go to one number: the mobile number the owner typed into their own account settings.

Each message says that an order has come in, what was ordered, the total, whether it is pickup or delivery, when it is wanted, and a link to open the order. Nothing else is sent by text.

Customers do not receive text messages. Ordering does not sign anyone up for texts, and no marketing or promotional text messages are sent to customers.

• Opt in: the business owner enters their own mobile number in Settings → Ordering and ticks "Text me when an order comes in". It is off until they do, and nobody else can turn it on for them.
• Opt out: untick that box, or reply STOP to a message. Either stops the alerts.
• Help: reply HELP to a message, or contact the business.
• Message frequency varies. Alerts are sent only when an order is placed, so the number of messages depends entirely on how busy the business is — there may be several in a day, or none for days at a time.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information or SMS consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability

The ordering page is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and an order placed through it is only confirmed once the business says so.
